Product Lead - Safety & Security

Role purpose:
In the context of the Safety & Security product line with a strong focus on the core of the telematics service related to critical events and customer driven solutions:
- He/She is responsible for defining, develop and implement the specific product roadmap to support revenue growth and margin. This includes stimulate innovation, analyse the market trends from a global and local perspective to translate them into a unique solution, perform competitor analysis to develop detailed insights and identify customer’s needs to propose value driven solution addressing their benefits.
- He/She will lead the development of the specific product line to manage and optimize the entire product lifecycle, from conception to customer/market launch and beyond, while ensuring alignment with regional needs, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics across multiple regions.
- He/She fosters relationships with key stakeholders like Sales and Country managers, implementing high quality solutions to drive a compelling customer experience.

Core Competencies, knowledge and experience:
- Experience of Automotive solutions Experience with automotive/industrial solutions with the focus to connected services based on real time communication of critical events (mainly thefts or cashes) to start an immediate assistance based at least on GPS positioning.
- Experience on connected vehicle services based on IoT integration and data collection in order to analyse massive quantities of data with AI and ML algorithms to prevent anomalies and fraudulent behaviours also linked to cyber attacks.
- Knowledge of the Automotive environment with deep understanding of major suppliers, marketplaces, distribution, and sales channels.
- Knowledge of the Industry standards and best practices (IATF, A-SPiCE, SAFe, etc.).
- Market Perspective: Demonstrated experience and understanding of market dynamics, cultural nuances, and regulatory environments, with the ability to adapt strategies for different regions.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, anticipating market trends and competitive challenges, and adapting strategies accordingly
- Leadership and Influence with excellence negotiation skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders towards a common vision.
- Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in the face of regional market dynamics and challenges.
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or other advanced degree is highly desirable
- Proven success in managing automotive/industrial product
- Experience from Automotive market or products/solutions
- Fluent in English
