We’re looking for a curious, analytical and creative
Product Innovation & Marketing Specialist
to help shape our future product launches and build products consumers fall in love with. You will own the product development process from concept to launch: you’ll be responsible for identifying innovation opportunities, scouting and coordinating suppliers, managing product development, defining pricing and positioning, and leading go‑to‑market activities, reporting directly to the CEO and cooperating closely with the marketing and sales team.
This is a highly cross‑functional role that sits at the intersection of Product Development, Marketing, Sales and Operations.
Product Innovation & Development
Research global beauty and consumer trends to identify innovation opportunities
Develop new product concepts, collections, seasonal launches and limited editions
Own and execute the end‑to‑end product development process, from concept and briefing through formulation, testing, approvals, and final launch
Improve existing products through formula updates, packaging improvements and assortment optimization
Prepare detailed product development briefs for manufacturers and packaging suppliers, including product vision, target consumer, technical requirements, positioning, pricing objectives and timing
Supplier Management & Product Testing
Lead testing and compliance, managing third‑party efficacy testing, ingredient lists, artwork reviews, and regulatory approvals
Scout new manufacturers, packaging suppliers and product partners
Coordinate suppliers throughout the product development processli>
Manage timelines, quotations, samples and product approvals
Coordinate internal and external product testing
Collect and analyze consumer feedback
Product Marketing & Go‑to‑Market
Define product positioning, pricing strategy and key selling points
Build go‑to‑market plans for every new launch, preparing product briefs and presentations for Marketing, Creative, PR and Sales teams
Prepare launch toolkits, product training materials and sell‑in presentations
Analyze sales results, customer feedback and market trends
Requisiti What we’re looking for:
2 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Development, Innovation, Brand Management or a similar role within beauty, personal care or FMCG
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent analytical mindset and commercial awareness
Strong passion for beauty, personal care, and product development
Experience working with suppliers and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to combine creativity with execution
Proactive, collaborative and accountable – you take ownership and follow through
Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
Based in or near Milan, available in office at least 3 days per week
