Nebuly: Building the Future of User Analytics for LLMs

Nebuly is a fast-growing, VC-backed startup developing the world’s first user analytics platform for LLMs. Every day, millions interact with AI copilots and assistants, yet most companies lack insights into user queries, frustrations, and churn reasons. Nebuly provides analysis of real user-AI conversations to help product and engineering teams:

  • Understand user behavior at scale
  • Identify user dissatisfaction and AI errors
  • Build better, personalized AI assistants

Our clients include Fortune 500 and Global 200 companies, and our platform is used by AI teams behind critical copilots and chatbots across finance, telco, and e-commerce sectors. As demand accelerates, we’re assembling a world-class team to meet the challenge.

Why This Role Matters

As a Product Engineer , you’ll be a builder and a customer partner. The role involves:

  • 70% full-stack development
  • 30% direct customer interaction, engaging with some of the biggest companies globally, understanding their needs, and rapidly shipping features to meet them

Apply if you’re excited to own product areas end-to-end, communicate with Fortune 500 clients, translate user problems into solutions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you shape the product through code and conversation.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of ~10 enterprise customers from an engineering and product perspective
  • Proactively monitor customer platform usage and resolve issues proactively

  • Build and deploy full-stack features across our LLM analytics stack (Python, FastAPI, React, Clickhouse, Postgres)
  • Own features from conception through design, implementation, release, and iteration

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of full-stack development experience
  • Strong backend skills in Python
  • Frontend experience with React, Next.js, or Vite
  • Customer-focused mindset and interest in user behavior
  • Comfort engaging directly with clients to gather feedback
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and move quickly
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken

What We Offer

  • Extreme ownership: influence what gets built and how it’s used
  • Direct user connection from day one
  • A high-growth environment with opportunities to scale professionally and technically
  • Competitive salary plus equity
  • Remote-first and flexible work arrangements

If this sounds like you, please send your resume along with your GitHub, portfolio, or work samples. We’re excited to meet you!
