About The Role
The purpose of this role is to support the development and manufacturing of products by creating, optimizing, and maintaining CNC programs and machining processes. This position is part of CCM (a SITA company), working closely with cross‑functional teams.

What You Will Do

  • Programming CNC machines for the production of components to be assembled
  • Configuring and optimizing machining parameters
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and production schematics
  • Coordinating with the design team to convert AutoCAD technical drawings into AlphaCam machine programs
  • Selecting appropriate tools and materials for each machining process
  • Monitoring the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Performing routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshooting any issues
  • Collaborating with the production team to improve process efficiency
  • Implementing new technologies and methodologies to optimize machining operations
  • Extraction of parts from 3D drawings, “flattening” with machining layers.
  • Optimization of parts on sheets/panels.
  • Application of machining operations to sheets/panels and/or individual parts.
  • Machine setup and program start at the machine interface.
DESIGN AND ENGINEERING
  • Creation of 3D drawings for production purposes.
  • Analysis and resolution of technical details to ensure product feasibility.
  • Definition of joints between different parts of the product.
  • Identification of the most suitable construction method based on the product.
  • Mold design for the production of curved components.
ASSEMBLY SCHEMES AND PRODUCTION INTERFACE
  • Creation of simple assembly diagrams to facilitate assembly.
  • availability for clarifications and technical support during assembly.
  • Continuous assistance to production to resolve doubts and optimize the process
MATERIAL MANAGEMENT
  • Collaboration in sourcing standard materials (e.g., birch plywood, laminate, Krion).
  • Monitoring and replenishment of stock for certain consumable hardware items.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL AND SUPPORT ACTIVITIES
  • Collaboration in managing operational and organizational activities related to production.
  • Handling unforeseen issues to ensure continuity of the production flow.
  • Working with colleagues to resolve critical situations and urgent matters.
Qualifications
ABOUT YOUR SKILLS:
  • Technical training in machining, manufacturing, or CNC.
  • Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of previous experience in CNC programming.
  • Experience in manufacturing, machining, or production environments.
  • Experience in product development or improvement (design, prototypes, validation)
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD for part extraction and nesting.
  • 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Alphacam for CNC programming
  • Familiarity with Rhinoceros for handling complex surface modeling
