Product Engineer

Experteer Overview

In this role you will design and develop automotive products aligned with customer needs, driving feasibility analyses and technical decision-making across cross-functional teams. You will support customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, while ensuring robust technical documentation and product validation. You join the Technical Design Office to advance high-quality, innovative designs and contribute to international projects. This is a hands‑on position with opportunities to influence product cost, performance, and manufacturing readiness.

• Design and develop automotive products per customer specs
• Assess feasibility of new products and applications
• Provide technical support to customers and help solve problems
• Lead technical discussions with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Prepare production drawings, specifications, tolerances, and BOMs
• Assist Sales with cost estimation and technical evaluation
• Plan design activities, timelines, and monitor progress
• Collaborate with Experimental Lab, Production, and Quality teams
• Prepare and manage DFMEA, Product Validation Plans, IATF and APQP documentation
• Create product presentations and participate in cross-functional international projects

Responsabilità

• Engineering Degree in Mechanical
• 8–10 years of automotive-related experience
• High level of English (written and oral)
• Knowledge of plastic materials and molding processes
• Preferred knowledge of cooling circuits for internal combustion engines
• Experience with 3D design software (CREO)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong negotiation, proactivity, and team‑orientation
