Offerta
- Provide on-site technical assistance and training during installation and troubleshooting.
- Develop technical documentation and multimedia support (e.g., repair videos).
- Collaborate with engineering teams and shipyards to resolve integration issues.
- Act as a technical liaison for complex claims and urgent interventions.
- Lead development projects for new models, from design definition to SOP.
- Define technical specifications and aesthetic features in collaboration with Sales and marketing.
- Coordinate suppliers for molds, matrices, and electronic components.
- Oversee quality assurance and certification processes for new products.
- Support marketing with technical input for product launch materials.
Competenze ed esperienza
- Proven experience in technical support and product development.
- Strong technical background in mechanical/electrical systems - Experience in the marine sector will be considered an advantage.
- Expertise in supplier negotiation and cost analysis.
- Excellent communication skills for customer and supplier interaction.
- Proficiency in English and Italian; ability to prepare technical documentation - Fluency in English is a mandatory requirement.
