MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES


As part of the Product Development & Innovation Team within Acqua di Parma HQ,

the key responsibilities are:

  • End-to-end management of the artworks lifecycle for all basic catalogue components, coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders (Packaging, Regulatory, Planning, etc.) through the dedicated platform. This includes timeline tracking, deadline follow-up, alignment between teams, and briefing the graphic designer with priorities and technical instructions.
  • Monthly Sell-In and Sell-Out performance analysis of the brand’s product lines to support strategic insights and business decisions.
  • Support in the creation and management of purchase orders , including budget tracking, service order follow-up and alignment with internal processes.
  • Support the team in the preparation of presentations and mockups for international meetings, shootings, brand events and other daily activities.
  • Operational support in Bath & Body formula development , coordinating sample requests with suppliers for tests and registrations, and uploading related documentation in the LVMH system.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Management Engineering (or related disciplines)
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent organizational skills
  • Proactive mindset, analytical approach and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage parallel projects with agility and ownership
  • Passion for Beauty, Lifestyle and Luxury goods
  • Previous experience or knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Fluent in Italian and English
