Product Development Assistant Fragrances/ Dg Beauty

Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, is looking for passionate, enthusiastic, talented beauty lovers to join its in-house Beauty Division and participate in building the brand’s future in our HQ in Milan .

We are currently seeking a Product Development Assistant as part of our Fine Fragrances team in Milan:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct market/trend analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify future product innovations.
• Analyze the positioning of the products for each market and establish propositions for new products;
  
• Analyze and develop the product mix: concept creation, packaging/design development, olfactive development, etc.;
  
• Define the necessary support elements to achieve successful new product launches, in connection with communication, merchandising and trade marketing;
  
• Ensure smooth communication with internal and external collaborators;
  
• Follow-up the realization and advancements of on-going projects in the right timing;
  

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Degree in Marketing or Related Field;
  
• Strong interestin the world of Fragrances and/or motivation for Beauty Sector in general.
• An experience in Marketing or Product Development will be a plus;
  
• Strategic- Organization, planning, facilitation, problem analysis, decision making;
  
• Creativity and Innovation- Creativity, business savvy, originality, intuition;
  
• Leadership and Personal- Collaboration, communication, dependability, autonomy, flexibility, initiative, proactivity;
  
• Fluent in English (written and oral conversation);
  
• Knowledge of the Italian language will be a plus.
