The Senior Product Developer is responsible for managing the full product lifecycle, from initial concept through to final production. This role requires close collaboration with design, merchandising, and production teams to ensure that all products align with brand strategy, market expectations, and commercial goals.
Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation through to market launch.
Define and manage development roadmaps and timelines, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
Oversee prototyping, sampling, testing, and technical validation stages.
Ensure all products meet defined quality standards, fit requirements, and target cost margins.
Identify, address, and resolve technical or process-related issues during development.
Operate within the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system to:
-Manage styles and maintain accurate and up-to-date product data
-Track development progress and sample status
-Input and monitor costing information
-Support and mentor junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth.
Monitor post-launch performance and propose improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
