Develop and follow the development of prototypes coming from designer’s sketched both at internal structure and external vendors
~ Follow the development of footwear moulds
~ Knowledge of footwear pattern making, materials (leather and fabrics) and production processes both “lasting shoes” and “injected shoe”
~ PLM)Collaborate with the product team in defining products
~ Collaborate with the product team and vendors on materials & tentative cost definition
~ Be proficient in timing efficiency, all stage of collection
~ Work, collaborate and assist product team in the development of new products and affordable technical footwear development packages
~ Maintain responsibility for staying current in product design and quality innovations Travel if necessary to Asia, Europe, suppliers, or other external events


Bachelor degree in industrial design or related field
Craftsmanship of footwear, cutting — bordering and lasting
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
Computer hardware and software proficiency as it relates to specific work
Fluent English Language
Positive, proactive and flexible attitude
Habit to travel
