We’re now looking for a Product Manager to take the lead in shaping our product portfolio for Rome and the Vatican — two of the most iconic destinations in the world.

This is a role for a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven professional who is passionate about travel, thrives on building relationships, and knows how to turn opportunities into success.

You’ll be based in Rome, with 2 days each week spent in our beautiful central Rome office, and the rest of your time working flexibly.

What You’ll Be Doing

Every day will bring new opportunities to make an impact, including:

• Discover & Innovate – Research new experiences, enhance existing ones, and spot opportunities to grow our portfolio.
• Build Partnerships – Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with venues and vendors.
• Negotiate & Win – Secure the best deals and terms to ensure our tours stay competitive and profitable.
• Launch & Lead – Onboard new venues, products, and vendors, bringing fresh ideas to life.
• Collaborate & Strategize – Work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to drive growth.
• Analyse & Improve – Monitor performance, customer feedback, and market trends to stay ahead of the curve.
• Deliver Results –Hit revenue and margin targets, grow your responsibility, and keep our guests amazed.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience – At least 3-5 years’ experience in Destination Management or Tour Product Management, with hands-on experience in Rome tourism (essential).
• Passion – A love for travel, culture, and curating unforgettable experiences.
• Skills – Strong communicator, persuasive negotiator, sharp analyst, and natural relationship-builder.
• Drive – Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented with a “can do” mindset.
• Languages – Fluent in English and Italian.
• Education – bachelor’s degree required, Master’s a plus.
• Flexibility – Ability to travel within Italy (own car is a bonus).
