Your challenge

We’re building the financial platform that Italian businesses deserve: simple, intuitive, and powerful. From onboarding to payments, from cards to invoicing, we want to remove friction and help entrepreneurs focus on what matters most: growing their companies.

We’re looking for a Product Designer with 1–2 years of experience, eager to get their hands dirty across all stages of design. You’ll be part of a talented design team, working side by side with PMs, developers and marketers to ship products that are not just useful, but delightful.

What you will do

• Drive projects end-to-end, from problem definition to polished UI.
• Translate complex problems into simple, elegant and user-centered solutions.
• Conduct user interviews and usability testing to uncover insights and validate assumptions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes and polished UI in Figma.
• Evolve and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers and marketing to build products that are both functional and appealing.
• Influence product strategy with your design decisions, making sure our users are always at the center.

What you need to succeed

• 1–2 years of experience as a Product Designer in digital products or apps (experience in fintech is a strong plus).
• Solid hands-on skills with Figma ❤️, from wireframing to prototyping to final UI.
• Experience in user interviews and testing.
• Familiarity with design systems and how to keep them alive.
• Curiosity and passion for AI-driven design and exploring new approaches.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, you know how to bring people on board with your vision.

Nice to have

• Design experience in fintech is a strong plus
• Motion design and micro-interactions that make products feel alive.
• Knowledge of no-code tools or a basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
• An eye for branding and storytelling through design.
• Inclination to explore user data and business analytics as a way to support design choices and improve product decisions.
