We're working with a true leader in research, development, and innovation, and we are looking for a highly experienced Product Design Team Leader to join their team.

This global technology powerhouse invests heavily into R&D to make huge technological advancements in various sectors and is considered a top global employer with one of the largest patent portfolios in the world.

For this role, you will be conducting research on future tech, materials and designs to look for future opportunities. You will be developing visionary product concepts, analyzing consumer trends and working with research teams to understand the evolving product landscape. You will develop design strategies, working with experts in various fields and working with teams to bring new innovative products to market.

This is a full-time, permanent position based mainly on-site in Milan, Italy, so will involve relocation if you're not based locally to here. 1 day per week home working is allowed or 2 x half days.

For this Product Design Team Leader position, I'm interested in speaking to people with the following:

• Masters degree minimum
• Around 8-10+ years industry experience ideal
• Some team lead experience
• Strong experience in product design or consumer electronics, focusing on future vision and design identity
• Experience with tools such as Rhino, Adobe, Keyshot and AI tools etc
• Understanding of manufacturing processes
• Strategic and visionary mindset
