Product Application Specialist

For our Energy Solutions Business Unit, which is growing rapidly across all segments (BESS, Lithium DC, Stationary, GF), we are looking for an Application Engineer to join a dynamic team and actively contribute to the success of a booming market.

Role Mission

The role of application engineer involves a series of tasks that span across different areas of expertise. For this reason, the role involves both operational activities and technical/commercial support activities towards customers and KAMs, as well as management and organizational skills for the development of new projects or products.

Main Tasks

The person will manage the following activities:

· Analyze customer-provided data according to their technical specifications and collaborate with Key Account and sales teams in preparing offers, including tenders.

· Provide technical support to the commercial department by delivering technical responses, product sizings, presentations, and technical notes.

· Serve as the technical point of contact for customers, performing site visits, training sessions, installation checks, and issue resolution.

· Produce CAD drawings for assembly layouts or carpentry structures.

· Manage the technical aspects of orders in the after‑sales phase, including accessory definition, solution configuration, participation in meetings, supervision of testing, inspections, and preparation of documentation.

· Coordinate key projects for the assigned countries or areas in collaboration with internal departments.

· Take part in exhibitions alongside sales and marketing teams.

Requirements of the Position

· Technical diploma or Engineering Degree (Electrical/Electronic preferred).

· 2+ years experience in similar role and sector.

· Excellent command of MS Office Suite.

· Fluent English (spoken and written).
