Who is the talent we need

We are looking for a new member for fixed term to join to Purchasing Team, reporting to Purchasing Manager

Dolo (VE)

How you will contribute

• Purchase order management and follow-up (footwear and ready to wear)
• Correspondence management with suppliers in Italy and abroad
• Monitoring the progress of footwear and ready to wear production
• Import shipping management and customs declaration control
• Sample management, item coding and follow-up with suppliers
• Monitoring information relating to goods, product codes and purchase prices
• Reporting on shipping and production

We are looking for someone with

• Fluent english
• Knowledge of customs procedures/regulations
• Knowledge of footwear structure is desiderable
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in this role in import/purchase/product office
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular Excel)
• SAP knowledge is preferred
• Ability to communicate and interact with suppliers
