Producer

Take Off , Creative Production Company part of FSB Group, is looking for a Producer to join the team.

The Producer will independently manage the operational execution of productions, reporting to the Head of Production and working alongside Senior Producers.

This role will live the set, ensuring every technical and logistical element is in the right place at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

• Vendor Management : Scouting and managing relationships with suppliers (technical rentals, catering, set builders, audio/video services). Collecting and comparing quotes.
• Production Logistics : Organizing transport, material logistics, permits (public ground, space occupancy), and managing hospitality/travel for talent and crew.
• On-Set Management : Active presence during shootings or event days to handle immediate needs of the crew and talent, solving any operational hiccups in real-time.
• Teamwork : Collaborating closely with the creative team to ensure the best possible project outcome.
• Project Administration : Assisting in project budgeting, monitoring out-of-pocket expenses, and preparing documentation for invoicing (POs, expense tracking).
• Planning : Supporting the creation of operational timelines and coordinating technical crews.
• Quality Control: Ensuring that materials delivered by suppliers meet the high-quality standards required by the creative department.

Requirements & Skills

• Experience : At least 2 years of experience in production houses (video/photo) or event agencies.
• Organizational Mastery : Exceptional organizational skills, pinpoint precision, and the ability to handle production peaks under pressure.
• Problem Solving : Ability to find quick and effective solutions to logistical or technical unforeseen issues.
• Technical Knowledge : Understanding of video/photo production workflows and proficiency in productivity software (Excel/Google Sheets is essential).
• Communication : Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of stakeholders (from construction technicians to international talent).
• Languages : Excellent command of Italian and English.
