Producer – Commercial & Fashion Production (Full-Time)

ORBIS Production is an international, multi-award-winning full-service film, photo, and video production company working with global brands, agencies, and creative partners across Italy and Europe.

We are seeking an experienced Producer to lead high-end TV&online commercial, fashion, and editorial productions, taking full ownership of projects from initial briefing through final delivery.

This position is suited to a confident, autonomous producer with a strong understanding of international production standards and the ability to manage complex projects independently.

The Role

Following an onboarding period, the Producer will manage productions end-to-end, acting as the primary production lead for clients, creatives, and crews.

The role involves overseeing multiple photo and video projects in parallel, coordinating teams in Milan and on location across Italy, and ensuring consistent quality, cost control, and clear communication throughout the process.

This is a senior operational position, not a training role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead photo and video productions across all stages: bidding, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and delivery
• Act as the main production contact for international clients, agencies, and creative partners
• Oversee shoots in Milan and on location throughout Italy
• Coordinate internal teams, freelance crews, and external suppliers
• Manage and optimise relationships with creative, technical, and logistical partners
• Maintain production timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Oversee project reconciliation and collaborate with the administrative and finance teams
• Ensure efficient on-set operations and clear decision-making under pressure

Required Experience

• 6+ years of experience as a Producer (in-house or freelance) in commercial, fashion, or high-end content production
• Proven ability to manage productions independently and responsibly
• Strong understanding of international production workflows
• Experience working directly with brands, agencies, and creative teams

Skills & Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1 level or equivalent)
• Strong organisational and project-management skills
• Clear, confident communication with clients and crews
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable leading teams on set and representing the production company
• Proficiency with budgeting tools and standard office software (Excel / Numbers, Keynote / PowerPoint)

• Main office located in Milan – Porta Nuova
• Depending on project requirements, the role may involve:

• Availability for in-person meetings and on-set work is required when productions demand it
