• Lead, coach, and develop a team of procurement professionals
• Ensure procurement activities comply with policies, procedures, ethics, and regulations
• Apply procurement strategies to improve cost efficiency, supplier performance, quality, delivery, and working capital
• Monitor KPIs, identify improvements, and implement corrective actions
• Oversee purchasing operations and risk management related to quality, delivery, terms, and suppliers

Responsabilità

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (as listed)
• At least 3 years in Procurement, Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Operations
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments
• Solid understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, sourcing, and operations
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and procurement platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven insights
• Proven change leadership and process improvement capabilities
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Customer-oriented mindset focused on service excellence
• Proficiency in Italian and English
