About the Role
Support our global buying team in purchasing and sourcing goods from various markets.
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Buying Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Global Buying Offices, you will play a crucial role in supporting buyers with day-to-day tasks, ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact suppliers and negotiate prices on behalf of the buying teams;
- Maintain accurate records of orders, purchases, and expenses;
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products;
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate efficient processes;
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written), knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) but not necessarily Italian language. The ability to multitask effectively under pressure would be beneficial as well.
