The role will be supporting the team managing the «Source to Pay» process for indirect categories, delivering the best procurement solutions for the Company in terms of cost savings, quality and supplier performance, in compliance with best practices and Company procedures.


ACTIVITIES

  • Execute operational procurement activities (e.g: management of Purchase orders, etc.)
  • Manage Supplier Homologation and Supplier evaluation processes
  • Support and train other departments to ensure compliance with the Group codes of practice and procedures.
  • Collaboration with the legal office for the revision of contracts. Conclude contracts, frame and price agreements with suppliers;
  • Collaborate in the issue of tender enquiries, analysis, negotiation and bid evaluation;
  • Analyse the market to find the best opportunities and suppliers to be invited in the tenders for the following purchase categories: Corporate Services - marketing, consultancy, travel - Packaging materials, Industrial supplies, Facility management, IT, CAPEX;
  • Follow-up scadenze e data quality su anagrafiche/contratti.
  • Act as procurement process owner establishing strong cross-functional working relationship (e.g. internal customers, legal office, finance, controlling…) to deliver tangible bottom-line results;
  • Participation in the needs analysis phase with internal customers to clearly define the technical requirements of the products/service to be provisioned by suppliers. When needed, the buyer will support the internal customer in drafting the technical specifications (Scope of Work).


REQUIREMENTS

  • Master’s degree in Economics or Engineering
  • English (B2)
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
