Procurement Specialist

Ensure implementation, maintenance, and compliance of purchasing and logistics-related activities in the Procurement function Execute assigned activities according to ABB standard procedures Deliver and participate in training programs as required Execute purchasing and logistics strategies to optimize supplier and product costs, quality, and reliability Design and implement local sourcing plans and strategies Support local sourcing strategies aligned with business requirements Apply procurement standards, tools, and processes to secure quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability Negotiate agreements with main suppliers and renew price lists and terms and conditions Recommend frame agreements to management and execute them upon approval Requirements

Strong knowledge of plastic and metal categories, including supplier market dynamics, sourcing strategies, and cost drivers At least 5 years of experience in similar role Dynamic and proactive individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills Ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken Ability to work in a team, prioritize tasks, work with deadlines, and manage projects effectively Core Competencies
