Senior Acquisitions Manager
The position of Senior Acquisitions Manager aims to support our Salerno construction site in acquiring goods and services necessary for the realization of our projects.
Responsibilities
- Determine the procurement contract strategy in close collaboration with technical / project units referred to;
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of procurement requests and follow up on them;
- Prepare the vendor list and daily gara implementation plan;
- Coordinate activities with the Production Unit following the Procurement Plan of the Order;
- Issue Roadmaps (RdO) to stakeholders based on specific purchase requests from productive units;
- Analyze received proposals, interfacing with technical units for clarification;
- Prepare commercial / economic tabulations to compare proposals and suggest actions to improve the offer or select stakeholders;
- Negotiate commercially / economically;
- Conduct Due Diligence and risk management analysis on selected stakeholders;
- Finalize the tender process, preparing authorization documentation and related contracts;
- Follow and negotiate revisions to orders, if necessary;
- Perform activities in accordance with company procedures, systems, and tools;
- Draw up contracts and manage relations with sub-contractors;
- Manage the proper archiving of contractual documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Engineering degree or proven experience in the building / construction industry;
- At least 7 years of experience in similar roles;
- Excellent communication skills, dynamism, and adaptability;
- Proficiency in internet navigation and the Office suite;
- Ability to read technical documents;
- Knowledge of main management software (e.g., Team System);
- Good knowledge of the English language.
