Procurement Project Leader

Work with company’s ERP program and other standard working softwares.
Create purchase orders and place in supplier’s system.
Lead projects in a timely maner starting from project initiation until project final delivery.
Align with future projects preparation and coordinate with sourcing team.
Strategically monitor project parts consumption and reduce potential deadstock.
Maintain procurement database accurately and up to date in ERP system.
Planning daily work independently and responsibly.
Provide robust data or statistics on daily base to the production team and customers.
Reporting for procurement project manager: orders status, expense report, purchase performance, and response performance, and billing, etc.
Job Requirements
- Have a minimum graduated level of education: Bachelor degree in Engineering, Economic/ Accounting, Business Background, Procurement, or SCM, Aviation;
- Have a minimum working experiences in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economic & Accounting, Project Management or Aviation for at least 1 - 2 years;
- Have skills computer in ERP and system knowledge including standard working softwares (Microsoft Office for Excel VLOOKUP & PIVOT), and Supplier e-Commerce;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with related parties e.g. customers, vendors or suppliers, and other departments;
- Strong capability to work independently as a team or individually in multicultural environment with problem solving approach, strong data statistic and analysis, reporting, benchmarking, strong ability for negotiation and decision making;
- Have training experience is an advantage;
