DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE

We are looking for a PROCUREMENT & LOSS PREVENTION INTERN to join the Procurement & Loss Prevention Department to support the team in particular in the loss prevention activities.

He/She will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic context, supporting the optimisation of store operations and administrative processes. The resource will support the team in managing inventory, tracking stock through ERP systems, updating databases, participating in inventories, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.


KEY CHALLENGES

  • Support in monitoring stock and goods movements with the use of ERP software to control stock flows
  • Support in conducting inventories on direct or franchise stores
  • Support the opening and closing inventories via dedicated platforms and direct participation in inventories at stores
  • Support in loss prevention activities by carrying out verification activities to prevent or detect fraud
  • Support in process mapping and optimisation by collaborating in the revision of internal procedures, ensuring greater efficiency and standardisation


CORE COMPETENCIES

  • Degree – preferably in Economics or Statistics
  • Proficient in using computer, with strong Excel skills for data processing and file management
  • Comfortable with using software tools and operational devices (e.g., handheld scanners, online portals)
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to dynamic environments
  • Smart and resourceful approach
  • Delivers in consistent way following his department priorities, respecting the deadlines


LANGUAGES

  • Italian
  • Good knowledge of English


LOCATION

  • Limena (PD)
  • Possibility of working in Smart Working for part of the week after an initial on-site training period
