Procurement Analyst Junior

TC2 Group provides engineering and technical services to major international industrial projects. We are currently supporting a leading player in the energy and infrastructure sector that is looking to expand the procurement and logistics team.

The Role

We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to join the team dedicated to post-order and logistics activities . The role involves managing resale portfolios within large-scale international projects, particularly in the Eurasian regions (Kazakistan) and Middle East (Arabia/UAE) .

The position requires strong analytical skills, precision, and the ability to work under pressure in milestone-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Support procurement post-order and logistics workflows within large-scale engineering projects.

 - Handle large Excel datasets (20.000 – 30.000 rows, more than hundreds of columns) with advanced functionality

 - Build and manage Pivot tables & Pivot chartes, develop complex formulas, and prepare structured reports for stakeholders.

 - Coordinate with international suppliers, clients, and project teams.

 - Ensure compliance with project timelines and critical milestones.

 - Contribute actively to a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Advanced Excel skills : pivot tables, formula building, and management of large structured files.
• Proven experience in procurement and/or logistics.
• Strong command of Italian and English (minimum working proficiency).
• Knowledge of Russian and/or Chinese is considered a plus.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a high-pressure environment.
• Team spirit, flexibility, and resilience in milestone-driven projects.

• Flexible working model with 2–3 days of smart working per week .
• A fixed-term contract with an initial duration of 6 months , with the possibility of extension for an additional 6 months.
