Manages the

Process Work Package , ensuring deliverable

quality , schedule adherence and

compliance

with budgeted hours: Coordinates

assigned process engineers through regular meetings, progress monitoring and issue resolution Identifies and cascades contractual

process requirements

and ensures alignment with the

tender concept , company policies and project guidelines Collects and implements lessons learned during project phase and promotes the exchange of

project feedback

with product owners Ensures timely preparation of process documentation, operating instructions, operation manual inputs and

CE conformity requirements Leads

commissioning meetings

and

process engineering reviews

up to trial operation / Fit for Performance Qualifications

5+

years' experience in a

similar position , in

EPC projects

in Energy, Environmental technology or similar industry Bachelor's degree in

Chemical/Mechanical/Environmental Engineering

with good knowledge of

Process Engineering Proficient user of CAPRI,

COMOS and otherengineering tools will be considered a plus Good

presentation ,

coaching ,

facilitation

and

project management

skills Fluency in

English , Italian or other languages will be considered a plus Additional Information

Permanent contract 5% Annual bonus Flexible working time Home office possible 2 days a week Referral program Training and Inova Academy Compensation Basic wage component (gross): 59000 EUR This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
