Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Process Analytical Technology Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions to improve monitoring and optimization across our production processes.
- Conduct research and testing to identify new technologies and methods for real-time monitoring of production processes.
- Implement and manage in-line, on-line, and at-line analytical technologies to ensure accurate data collection and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop monitoring solutions aligning with industry standards and regulations.
- Support instrument qualification and related documentation writing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a PhD or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or Bio-Chemical Engineering. They should have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Process Analytical Technology, with expertise in protein characterization techniques and analytical chemistry methodologies.
- Profound knowledge in in-line process analytical technology and proteins.
- Proficiency in protein characterization techniques, including optical methods.
- Knowledge of biochemistry, protein purification, and engineering principles (preferable).

In this role, you may work in a controlled environment requiring special gowning and wearing protective clothing. You will also need to remove all make-up, jewelry, contact lenses, nail polish, and/or artificial fingernails while in the manufacturing environment.
