Transforming patient care is at the forefront of our mission to develop innovative specialty medicines and support programs. As a Senior Manager of Process Improvement, you will drive process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Process Improvement team, ensuring all members are aligned with business objectives and operate efficiently.
- Manage and coordinate process improvement initiatives, monitoring, and stewardship.
- Provide technical support on manufacturing processes, investigations, optimization, yield improvement projects, cycle time reduction, and process robustness.
- Oversee product and process investigations, product impact assessment, risk assessment.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure an integrated approach.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions, and measure their effectiveness. Your expertise in process validation, statistics, data analysis, and six-sigma methodology will be essential in driving process improvements.
