Process Group Leader Anaerobic Digestion

Our Process Group Leader AD leads a multidisciplinary Process Engineering team providing both technical and disciplinary guidance :

• Promotes effective communication and teamwork leading by example.
• Ensures project execution meets timelines budgets and quality standards while actively participating in project tasks.
• Reviews Process technical documentation (H&MB PFD PIDs control logics) and oversees workload distribution and resource allocation.
• Supports recruitment and onboarding of Process Engineers in coordination with the local Process Engineering Manager.
• Develops employee growth plans and provides coaching and technical support.
• Contributes to the creation of guidelines specifications and internal directives ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering.
• 10 years experience in the Anaerobic Digestion (AD) for biogas production including 3 years in the role of Process Engineering Group Leader.
• Proven ability to lead and execute projects successfully.
• Strong decision-making skills capable of evaluating operational solutions independently and acting decisively within defined limits.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
