Process Excellence Specialist

BSP Pharmaceuticals S.p.A is a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO). The BSP campus hosts 2 segregated facilities to serve the clients with development from pre-clinical GLP to cGMP manufacturing for clinical and commercial supply of Cytotoxic and High Potent Oncology drugs and Non-Cytotoxic, innovative compounds for Immunotherapy and other therapeutics applications. Facilities designed to handle small and large molecules as ADCs (conjugation and fill finish), Peptides, Proteins, Oligonucleotides and Nano Medicines. BSP is technologically developed to meet the needs of innovators, with its High Containment Facility designed to offer a full range of integrated services aimed to support the entire life cycle of a product, from the formulation and process development/optimization, through scale up/scale down studies.

Posizione:

We are currently looking for a Process Excellence Specialist for our Production Team.

Main activities:

• Support the analysis of production and business processes through data collection and processing (KPIs, cycle times, etc.).
• Contribute to the identification of inefficiencies and propose solutions for improvement.
• Participate in the implementation of continuous improvement projects (e.g., 5S, SMED, structured problem solving, Kaizen).
• Assist in the preparation of materials for workshops, training, presentations, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with operational departments (Production, QA, QC, Supply Chain) to promote the adoption of Lean tools and methodologies.
• Monitor the effectiveness of corrective/improvement actions implemented.
• Support process standardization and digitization activities.

Requisiti:

Main Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Management Engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Knowledge of GMP regulations and pharmaceutical regulations
• Basic knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles (Yellow/Green/Black Belt certification preferred)
• Great can-do attitude
