This role integrates process, data, systems, analytics and business capabilities across the RDQ domain to enable scalable, aligned and value-driven ways of working across innovation, product development, quality, regulatory and scientific functions. The PEL partners with senior RDQ leadership, regional business teams, IT, Data & Analytics and transformation teams to drive deployment, continuous improvement, governance and capability uplift across the organization.Core ResponsibilitiesBusiness partnering & functional leadership* Act as a strategic partner to senior RDQ leadership and co-own the transformation and continuous improvement roadmap.* Translate RDQ priorities into structured capability, process and transformation initiatives.* Collaborate across Research & Development, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, IT and Data & Analytics.* Influence senior stakeholders to align transformation activities with business objectives.RDQ capability transformation* Lead and support transformations across key RDQ areas, including: + Innovation and product development + Product lifecycle management (PLM) + Formula/recipe and specification management + Quality management systems (QMS) + Laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and scientific data + Regulatory and compliance processes + Product and packaging development + Ingredient and raw material management + Quality assurance and continuous improvement* Ensure processes, data, analytics, systems and operating models align with enterprise standards and business priorities.* Drive governance, standardization and adoption across regions and business units.Deployment & continuous improvement* Lead deployment of RDQ initiatives and oversee change management to ensure adoption.* Champion continuous improvement that enhances innovation speed, product quality, compliance and operational effectiveness.* Monitor capability maturity and benefit realization using defined KPIs and performance measures.Governance & cross-functional integration* Own RDQ process standards, templates, master data and governance frameworks.* Facilitate governance forums and decision-making across RDQ and enterprise transformation stakeholders.* Assess process and technology enhancements for scalability, consistency, regulatory compliance and business value.* Serve as the primary liaison between RDQ functions, process owners, IT/enterprise architecture and transformation teams.* Promote global standardization while accommodating regional and local requirements.Capability development & leadership* Build and strengthen Process Excellence capability communities across RDQ functions and regions.* Foster a culture of simplification, scientific rigor, collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.* Support capability development, knowledge sharing and adoption of best practices across the RDQ community.* Promote data-driven decision-making and digital working methods within RDQ.Experience & qualifications* Extensive experience in consumer goods or in complex RDQ transformation environments.* Demonstrated experience in: + Research & Development operations + Product development and innovation + Quality management systems (QMS) + Product lifecycle management (PLM) + Laboratory and scientific processes + Regulatory and product compliance + Specification and master data management + Process excellence and continuous improvement + Deployment and capability transformation programs* Proven business partnering with senior RDQ and cross-functional stakeholders.* Experience working in global, matrixed organizations.* Strong stakeholder management, governance and influencing capabilities.* Ability to bridge business and technology teams effectively.Preferred* Senior RDQ transformation leadership experience in consumer goods.* Comfortable operating at the intersection of business, scientific processes, data, systems and organizational change.* Strategic
