Specialista Senior / Project Manager
You join the Processing Engineering team to lead capital and process projects from concept to optimization in dairy and related food processing. You will design processing solutions, select components for food safety, and deliver complete systems with cross-functional teams on international projects. You’ll supervise on-site activities, collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and support pre-project work and budgeting. This role blends engineering, project delivery, and continuous improvement within a global, innovation-driven environment.

Design food processing solutions for dairy production plants
Select and size components to meet food safety requirements for different products
Develop process solutions from understanding to delivery and customer training
Collaborate in cross-functional project teams (electrical, mechanical, automation, and functional engineering)
Provide on-site supervision and commissioning support
Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders (quality, supply management, technical service)
Contribute to pre-project work including sales support and budget development
Manage planning, purchasing, and installation of processes and equipment
Participate in international projects (Italy, Greece, Israel, Cyprus)
Drive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives and support strategic projects for the countertop business
Engineering degree or technical background
More than 2 years of experience in process engineering (food industry experience advantageous)
Reliability, flexibility, problem-solving
Creativity, action- and results-oriented mindset
Strong communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team
Analytical mindset and proactive approach
Teamwork with Project Engineering, Supply Management, Product Management, After Sales and Suppliers
Fluency in English and Greek (technical English and Greek)
