Wieland Provides is active in the research, development and production of heat exchangers for refrigeration and air conditioning technology. With locations in Italy, the USA and China, the company stands for energy-efficient and sustainable technologies worldwide. The company was founded in 1968 and has been part of the Wieland Group since 2022. Its product portfolio includes shell-and-tube heat exchangers and spray evaporators.
Your Future:
- Analyses and optimises production processes to reduce waste and increase productivity.
- Monitors production progress, ensuring that orders are not delayed.
- Liaises with the technical department to respond to production information requirements: technical drawings, operating instructions, bills of materials.
- Work closely with the order planning department, verifying requirements directly with the production departments.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen projects for continuous improvement.
- Manage and coordinate department staff, promoting collaboration and skills development.
- Monitor production KPIs (efficiency, waste, cycle times, etc.) and propose corrective actions.
- Draft and maintain work instructions, procedures and company best practices.
- Collaborate with the Quality, Maintenance and Safety departments to ensure compliance with standards.
- Support the introduction of new technologies and production processes.
- Draft technical documentation and operating procedures.
Your Potential:
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial).
- At least 7-10 years of operational experience in production and process engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (e.g. 5S, SMED, OEE, Value Stream Mapping) and WCM tools.
- Personnel management and leadership skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of the company, lead teams and promote collaboration.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
- Knowledge of IT tools (ERP, advanced Excel, data analysis software) and graphics (CAD, Solid works, etc.).
- Excellent knowledge of English to interface with the Wieland team and international customers.
