To strengthen our Manufacturing Site in Samarte, Italy, we are looking for a committed Process Engineer (m/f/d).
About The Role
As a Process Engineer, you will drive the analysis, optimization, and continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes. You will manage plant CAPEX projects and work cross-functionally to enhance efficiency, quality, safety, and cost‑effectiveness. Your Responsibilities
Analyze and monitor production processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement data‑driven improvements Support preventive and extraordinary maintenance planning and ensure adequate spare parts availability Collaborate with HSE on supplier management, documentation, and compliance with safety regulations Participate in equipment, machinery, and process validation and support troubleshooting of production and quality issues Analyze technical and production KPIs, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions Contribute to maintaining and improving the Quality Management System, including procedures related to safety and environment Define technical, quality, and production specifications for new investments and manage CAPEX projects from budgeting to commissioning Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering Minimum 5 years of practical experience ideally in PVC compounding or the chemical industry Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, maintenance, and control systems Familiarity with PLCs and basic programming logic; knowledge of ISO 13485 is a plus Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a hands‑on, shop‑floor oriented mindset Proficiency in English (spoken and written) and ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels Experience working with ERP/MES systems (preferably SAP) is an advantage We look forward to receiving your application and inviting you to join our team, where you will benefit from an attractive compensation package with an annual base salary starting at €40K, participation in our Quarterly Incentive Plan (QIP), and daily meal vouchers.
