Process Engineer

We are looking for a Process Engineer, preferably with a background in Industrial Management Engineering, to join our technical production team. The role will play a key part in driving continuous improvement initiatives, overseeing process performance, and conducting in-depth analyses of production inefficiencies, while collaborating cross-functionally with all major business units.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitoring and evaluating process performance through established KPIs.
• Collecting, managing, and analyzing data related to production processes
• Using advanced Microsoft Excel functionalities for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Analyzing production issues in collaboration with the Maintenance Manager and operational departments.
• Proposing and implementing corrective actions as well as improvement plans.
• Optimizing processes and contributing to continuous improvement activities
• Mapping processes and developing flowcharts

Requirements

• Master’s degree (preferred) in Industrial Management Engineering or related fields.
• Good understanding of production processes and lean principles
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, dashboards)
• Strong knowledge of written and spoken English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team and interact with various company departments
• Experience in process mapping and flowchart creation
