Join Customer Care Management (CCM) as we transform for international customer excellence in a digital world. We need you to standardise processes and drive innovation!

TASKS

  • analyze existing processes within Customer Care Management
  • identify areas for improvement based on customer needs
  • standardize processes and systems internationally
  • design and introduce new processes and systems
  • prepare, interpret, and present analytical results with impact evaluations (e.g., customer benefits, cost savings)
  • coordinate priorities for process changes and optimization initiatives
  • document processes and create relevant test cases

Requisiti

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • solid experience with process management and optimization methodologies
  • familiarity with customer service operations
  • ability to use KPIs for process analysis
  • previous experience in process documentation
  • strong analytical and technical mindset
  • team-oriented with excellent conceptual and problem-solving skills
  • enjoy working in intercultural teams
  • comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments
