- Design, build, and maintain automated processes for integrating heterogeneous data sources, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accessibility.
- Implement automated data validation, cleansing, and transformation solutions to support analytics, reporting, and operational systems.
- Collaborate with data engineering, data science, and analytics teams to automate data ingestion, processing, and delivery.
- Contribute to the application of data governance principles and data quality standards.
- Lead the adoption of Artificial Intelligence applied to business processes and data workflows, with a pragmatic and value‑oriented approach.

- Monitor the evolution of AI technologies and critically assess their relevance and applicability to the business context.
Project Management and Governance:
- Manage complex automation and transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (digital, operations, finance, IT, external partners).
- Define and enforce governance frameworks, including documentation standards, change management, and performance monitoring (KPIs, ROI).
- Collaborate with IT and control functions to ensure compliance, security, and data privacy across all initiatives.
Requirements
- Indicative experience: 5–10 years in roles related to business transformation, automation, data, or project management within structured organizations.
