Logista Retail is the company specialized in distributing Logista’s convenience products. This subsidiary allows the points of sales to complement (POS) their existing offer and improve their revenue and profit thanks to a vast array of products and services adapted to the POS and their clients, such as items for smokers and those related to tobacco, stationery, confectionery, food products, accessories for technologies, tobacco, etc.
The resource will analyze and optimize internal business processes, support new business development projects, and manage supplier purchases for DFT replenishment. They will ensure correct end-to-end order execution (from requirements calculation to delivery monitoring) while maintaining high data quality. The role also includes monitoring supplier KPIs (e.g., OTIF, lead time, fill rate) and providing improvement proposals to enhance efficiency, service reliability, and cost control.
ACTIVITIES
- Map AS-IS processes, design TO-BE scenarios, and propose efficiency initiatives.
- Plan purchase requirements, consolidate demand, and generate supplier order proposals.
- Manage supplier orders in SAP: creation, validation, approvals, and confirmations.
- Monitor supplier KPIs, mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Expedite critical supplies and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Engineering, Economics, or related fields with strong analytical skills.
- Registered under Protected Categories (ART. 1 L.68/99).
- Experience in process analysis, supply chain, or inventory management.
- English level B2 and advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel, Co-pilot).
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools is a plus.
