Private Equity Associate – Spanish and Italian speaker - Industrials/Energy Transition

Overview:

We are seeking a talented Associate to join the Milan team of a leading pan-European private equity firm. The firm is known for its entrepreneurial culture, long-term investment horizon, and partnership-driven approach across key sectors — with a particular strength in Energy Transition, Industrials, Business Services, and Consumer markets.

As an Associate, you will play a central role in transaction execution and portfolio management. Working closely with senior investment professionals, you will support the full deal lifecycle — from sourcing and analysis to due diligence, financial modeling, and strategic value creation alongside management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market and company research within the European industrials landscape
• Build and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and investment memoranda
• Support due diligence processes and coordinate workstreams with advisors
• Contribute to post-investment monitoring and value enhancement initiatives

Profile:

• 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting, ideally with exposure to Energy Transitions or Industrials
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a collaborative mindset
• Fluent in Italian and Spanish .
• Excellent academic background and strong interpersonal communication
