Key Responsibilities:
- Financial modeling, due diligence, and valuation
- Prepare investment memos and deal materials
- Support execution and portfolio management
- Conduct market and competitive analysis
Requirements:
- 2–4 years’ experience at a top-tier investment bank or private equity firm
- Strong analytical and modeling skills
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Team player with solid communication skills
