Private Equity Associate (Milan Based)

Our client - a leading Italian Private Equity Investor is looking to hire an Investment Professional – primarily covering the Italian Mid Market.

The role would be based in Milan.

Key Responsibilities:

1)Origination of Investment Opportunities:

Independently source and identify potential software investment opportunities.

Build and maintain a robust investment pipeline.

2) Deal Execution Support:

Perform financial modelling and commercial due diligence.

Conduct comprehensive financial analyses.

3) Business Development:

Foster and develop strong relationships within the industry.

Required Skills /Experience:

Ideally 2 years of experience in Private Equity or in Investment Banking is essential.

Also excellent Sector Knowledge: - Must be entrepreneurial with a strong passion for investing

Fluent in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus).
