Our client - a leading Italian Private Equity Investor is looking to hire an Investment Professional – primarily covering the Italian Mid Market.
The role would be based in Milan.
Key Responsibilities
- Origination of Investment Opportunities:
- Independently source and identify potential software investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust investment pipeline.
- Deal Execution Support:
- Perform financial modelling and commercial due diligence.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analyses.
- Business Development:
- Foster and develop strong relationships within the industry.
Required Skills / Experience
- Ideally 2 years of experience in Private Equity or in Investment Banking is essential.
- Excellent sector knowledge in software.
- Must be entrepreneurial with a strong passion for investing.
- Fluent in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus).
