Experteer Overview

In this role, you drive and coordinate strategic, cross‑functional programs under the Digital Sovereignty umbrella to help AWS customers keep control over their data while leveraging cloud services. You will influence priorities, manage executive‑facing engagements, and lead multi‑team execution across global programs. The role combines technical leadership with strategic planning to shape governance and delivery at scale. You will partner with senior leadership to advance sovereignty objectives and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual strategic plans aligning cross‑functional contributors toward business outcomes
• Identify gaps across countries, architectures, and organizations
• Influence technical priorities and business strategy using data‑driven input
• Maintain relationships with Director and VP‑level stakeholders and coordinate executive engagements
• Lead global programs across matrixed teams (Solutions Architects, Technical Business Developers, TPMs, Account Managers)
• Provide technical mentorship without direct reporting
• Define measurable goals and success metrics aligned to customer needs
• Assess risks and tradeoffs, manage escalation
• Track team outcomes with Salesforce and other mechanisms
• Foster cross‑functional collaboration with AWS service teams (EC2, S3, Global Networking, Bedrock) and partners
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best‑practice development
• Build organizational capability and standardized approaches to complex challenges
• Develop and present technical narratives (PRFAQs) to senior leadership
• Support GTM with credible technical enablement materials

Qualifications

• 8+ years with Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years with Master's degree or equivalent
• Experience in digital sovereignty, regulated industries, public sector, regulators, GDPR/C5/SecNumCloud certifications
• Experience building processes and working with software development teams
• Experience leading creation, revision, and improvement of SOPs
