Principal Product Manager - Rapidminer AI products In this role, you shape the vision and strategy for Rapidminer’s AI products within a global enterprise software context. You lead a high-performing product management team and align initiatives with the platform’s direction to deliver measurable business value. You’ll drive AI-enabled capabilities across data science, ML, and low-code/no-code contexts for diverse enterprise users. Define and evolve the AI product vision and strategy for Rapidminer, aligned with the platform’s direction

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing product management team

Shape go-to-market approaches in collaboration with marketing, sales, and customers

Create clear product roadmaps and work with design, engineering, QA, and partners to implement

Own product outcomes and support customers during high-impact engagements

Represent products with internal teams, customers, and analysts in partnership with product marketing

Collaborate with engineering leadership to refine development frameworks and processes

Demonstrated product leadership and ability to grow a team

Commercially oriented mindset with experience in enterprise software markets

Deep understanding of data science, ML, and AI, with hands-on familiarity with Python in enterprise settings

Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex concepts to diverse audiences
