Role Overview: The Multi-Asset Product Specialist will set strategy and manage daily client-related activities across the Multi-Asset Platform in Europe. This role involves leading client-facing functions, advising the investment team, advocating for clients, and bringing new products to market.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with investors, including leading communications and presenting portfolio analytics, performance, and market updates to investors and Boards of Trustees.
  • Create reports, presentations, investor letters, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with investment teams to develop new investment programs aligned with market opportunities and client goals.
  • Utilize global business development teams to expand product solutions among clients and prospects.
  • Support business development with quantitative and qualitative analysis, including pricing models and portfolio simulations.
  • Coordinate fundraising materials, meetings, and timelines.
  • Work across departments to ensure product compliance and effective communication.
  • Enhance analytics and data presentation in sales and marketing materials.
  • Lead preparations for the Annual Investor Meeting.

Qualifications:

  • University degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Fluent in English; French and/or Italian highly desirable.
  • At least 10 years of client-facing experience, preferably in private markets.
  • Knowledge of fund structures and market trends.
  • Motivated, organized, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and experience in fundraising or client management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
