The Role

To accelerate the growth of our existing Business Units and maximize the value of future acquisitions, we are evolving our engineering organization.

We are hiring a Principal Full Stack Engineer to anchor our Central AI Team, acting as the technical bridge between our M&A strategy and our portfolio of products por reality.

In this highly specialized, individual contributor role, you will design resilient, scalable architectures for our highest-growth assets and enforce elite code quality standards across our portfolio.

Working alongside the Director of AI, you will provide the hands-on technical execution needed to future-proof our acquisitions and drive high-leverage architectural direction.

What you’ll do

Spearhead Architecture Modernization:

• Evolve and scale the technical foundations of our high-growth assets. You will lead the modernization of our front-end and back-end codebases, resolving architectural bottlenecks to unlock new revenue-generating features.

Drive Portfolio Standardization:

• Establish and implement shared infrastructure and robust architectural patterns across our suite of products. Your work will create a high-performing engineering ecosystem that enables teams to build and ship faster.

Support M&A Technical Integration:

• Act as the technical anchor during the post-close phase of newly acquired assets. You will assess unfamiliar codebases, introduce our established architectural patterns, and elevate engineering standards to align with our centralized benchmarks.

Deliver Immediate AI Impact:

• Architect and ship tangible, high-leverage AI capabilities post acquisition. You will turn strategy into working code that demonstrates immediate value and signals technical momentum.

Partner on AI Execution:

• Act as the hands-on technical counterpart to the Director of AI. While they provide the product and strategic lens, you will be responsible for the swift, resilient, and scalable technical execution across the entire portfolio.

What you bring

• 8+ years of Software Engineering experience:
• You have navigated architectural decisions at scale and had to live with them. You know what good looks like because you’ve seen what bad costs.
• You design resilient, scalable systems across the entire stack. You don't just write code; you establish shared infrastructure patterns and modernize legacy front-end architectures to eliminate technical bottlenecks and accelerate the delivery of revenue-generating features.
• An AI-Native Mindset: You use AI coding tools as a natural, compounding part of your workflow, not as a novelty. You have successfully introduced innovative features into products and understand where AI adds leverage versus where it introduces risk.
• Cross-Product or Acquisition Experience: You have either joined a company through an acquisition or successfully worked across multiple product codebases simultaneously. You understand the compounding cost of technical fragmentation.
• Extreme Adaptability: You have the ability to move swiftly and confidently within unfamiliar codebases.
