Principal Electrical Engineer

With a strong international reputation and a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions, our client is seeking a highly experienced electrical professional to join their Milan‑based team.

Role Overview

The Associate Technical Director will play a pivotal role in overseeing electrical and MEP design activities for high‑profile projects, primarily data centres. The ideal candidate will bring a hands‑on approach, with at least 10 years of direct experience in electrical/MEP design, guiding junior engineers and liaising with external stakeholders.

Required Experience and Skills

• Minimum 10 years of personal electrical/MEP design experience, preferably in data centres or similar complex environments
• Native or C2 level Italian; minimum B2 level English
• Strong understanding of BIM environments and Revit
• Proficiency with tools such as Amphere, Dialux, or similar, with supervisory capability
• Proven experience coordinating with third parties on complex projects

Salary: €90,000 – €120,000 per annum
