Principal Corporate Counsel

Overview

In this role, you provide regulatory guidance across EMEA environmental sustainability regulations while shaping Cisco’s compliance program. You will work with Sustainability, Supply Chain, Legal, and other functions to embed regulatory requirements into product design and operations. You’ll influence regulation through collaboration with Government Affairs and industry groups, and help ensure Cisco can operate in key EMEA markets. This position offers impact on environmental governance, risk mitigation, and cross‑functional policy development.

Responsabilità

• Qualified lawyer (LLB, JD, or equivalent) in an EU jurisdiction or the UK
• 7+ years post‑qualification experience in sustainability or related regulatory compliance fields
• In‑depth knowledge of relevant environmental sustainability regulations
• Strong English communication skills; additional European languages are advantageous
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and implement regulatory compliance programs
