Job Description

Your Career

This client-facing role requires the Principal Consultant to lead proactive service engagements and deliverables. You will work directly with multiple customers and stakeholders (security teams, administrators, C-Suite, etc.) to manage incident preparedness projects and proactive assessments.

Your Impact

  • Lead incident preparedness projects, including TableTop Exercises (TTX), Incident Response Plans, and Response Maturity Assessments.
  • Review Crisis Management, Incident Response, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery Plans to support business resilience.
  • Plan and execute TTXs, and produce post-exercise reports with analysis and recommendations.
  • Manage incident preparedness and cybersecurity engagements from scoping to delivery.
  • Travel as needed (approx. 20%) to meet business demands.

This role is remote, based in Germany, France, Spain, Italy, or UAE. Local language proficiency required.

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • 8+ years in incident preparedness and/or response consulting with a passion for cybersecurity.
  • Experience leading complex engagements, including scoping, client interaction, and project execution.
  • Incident response consulting experience is required; incident preparedness experience is essential.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.
