Principal Consultant Corporate Sustainability

Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead ESG and sustainability advisory engagements, shaping strategies for major Italian and international clients. You will work with cross-functional teams to embed sustainability into core business decisions and drive tangible impact. You’ll manage client relationships, develop proposals, and mentor junior consultants, all while delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. This is an opportunity to guide strategic ESG initiatives and contribute to a global sustainability agenda with ERM. You will collaborate with a worldwide network of experts to innovate and strengthen ERM's capabilities.

Responsabilità

• 7–10 years in ESG and sustainability consulting in corporate and financial sectors
• Strong knowledge of PRI, EDCI, SBTi, TCFD, GRESB, CDP, Ecovadis
• Master's degree in Finance, Environmental Management, Engineering, or related fields
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders (Heads of ESG, CIOs, Managing Partners)
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality
• Client-centric mindset with a proactive approach
• Fluent English (C1); French or Spanish a plus
